The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Amendments and Supplements to Article 74 of the Law "On Court Enforcement Action" (re Procedure of Alimony Collection)"

The Law introduces amendments to Article 74 of the Law "On Court Enforcement Action" that enhance the procedure of implementing court decisions concerning payment of alimony. The Bill secures observance of the requirement of Article 182 of the Family Code of Ukraine regarding establishment of a minimum rate of alimony in the amount not less than 30%, in case the rate of alimony is defined as the percentage from the alimony payer´s income.

The Law was adopted with the motions of the Central Scientific Experts Office of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Secretariat. A relevant bill is registered under Reg. No1238.
